- To establish Christian truth as a guide for life: Through an understanding that God is the Creator; through an acceptance that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God; through the knowledge that all men are sinners and can have SALVATION only through JESUS CHRIST; through the development (following Salvation) of a consistent Christian life; through development of a desire to invest one’s life in Christian service.
- To maintain a high academic standard: Through a mastery of the skills of communication, mathematics, the sciences, history, and a grasp of Bible knowledge; through the desire to work and acquire knowledge at maximum ability; through increased comprehension; through academic testing; through the ability to discern truth from error.
- To instill morals in the heart of the student: Through development of an appreciation for spiritual and cultural values; through inculcation of the desire to choose right over wrong and to hold to one’s convictions under pressure; through memorization and infiltration of the Bible into the life of the student.
- To generate a spirit of true patriotism: Through the teaching of loyalty to American values and a recognition of humanistic teachings which undermine the nation’s moral and spiritual foundations; through recognizing government as ordained by God.
- To live a disciplined life: Through submission to God’s authority; through the exercising of self-restraint and consideration of others; through submission to legitimate authorities and the training to become a gracious, serving Christian.
- To ultimately be more like Jesus Christ! Philippians 2:5
